"There is never anyone at the desk when you walk in. You have to ring a bell to get someone. The associates are casually dressed so you don’t know if they work there. For the breakfast the coffee machine and the juice were broken. I went to use the coffee machine in the room and the back had all mold in it. I asked for another one and decided to run it with water before I made coffee and a bug came out: I would never stay at a quality in again. "

We stayed here five months ago, and the machines were broken at that time too! I forgot that it was a less than optimal experience. But, in five months wouldn't you have fixed your ice machines?
