โWe canโt say enough good things about our two night stay. Staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had dinner the first night and wished we could have done the second too but had theatre tickets. Food was 5* both in flavour and presentation. We had the pleasure of meeting Ann the owner over dinner and the chef that evening , Charlie.
Post dinner we sat by the fire where front of house immediately added more firewood.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Angus, Annโs son who was...
โAbsolutely beautiful home and well-provisioned room in the perfect location to explore Pitlochry. Lovely, welcoming host and helpful with recommendations. We really enjoyed our short stay.โ
โA truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. โ
โFriendly welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
Enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge on our return from theatre .
Great breakfast too.
Would return hereโ
โWe ended up in twin room as no doubles leftโฆ. Comfortable beds, ground floor was quiet.
Ate dinner in evening in restaurant it was Indian cuisine and was so delicious. Staff lovely very knowledgeable about food and helped with choices. Breakfast was equally tasty, freshly cooked and piping hot.
Would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks โ
"โI stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didnโt find much value in the experience.โ"
