"Staff was efficient & helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was justaverage and the breakfast area extremely small for the size of the hotel. They had to use a conference room for the overflow. Rooms were modern with great TV, however the design of shower/toilet space was pathetic. You couldn't full open the door because it was so wide it banged into the shower. That plus the fact you had to stand between toilet and shower if you wanted to close the door. Overall I would rate this hotel average at best."

"We’ve stayed at this location before. One thing to note is that they charge $15 a night for parking. Unless you stay for a week then it’s only $5 a night. So we stayed for four nights and paid $60 but if we would’ve stayed for a week, we would’ve only paid $35. ?? because that makes sense!! Our airline bumped our flight up about three hours so we arrived to the hotel early knowing likely we would not be able to check in, but figured I would ask as I am a Hyatt member. The clerk stated that it would be $45 for an early check-in fee or we could come back at 2 o’clock and they will have Rooms ready. When we arrived back at about 2:30 PM, unpacked of the car and walked in with our bags. The clerk said they didn’t have any rooms ready and we could leave our bags and come back.!!! I said we would wait in the lobby, then about 15 minutes later a manager came out and said why do they not have a room? The clerk stated that she had already assigned the other rooms to other reservations, but they had not yet arrived. She made the customer service decision to put us in a room since we were actually there.!! seems like a pretty normal decision. Not sure how long we would’ve waited if the manager hadn’t noticed us sitting in the lobby waiting.?? not at all like Hyatt normally treats guests we’ve stated about 18 different Hyatt’s all over the country, this by far was the worst ever"

"I loved Christine, the gal who checked me in. I was assigned I think the best room in the building. Everything was perfect. Everything. The breakfast was beyond perfect. Something for everyone and the coffee was excellent. I’ll return ASAP. I loved the spacious large comfy room. The heater was wonderful too as I got wet and cold attending an outdoor Red Rocks amphitheater concert and it rained. Thank you for being there when I needed a place to stay in Lakewood CO. I’ll be back. GV."
