“I’ve stayed at this place before and had a great experience. This time I found the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as good. There had been someone with muddy boots in there previously and had left marks on the carpet which had not been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean but the bed had been made roughly with not all areas of the sheets tucked in. Disappointing considering how good my previous stay had been.”

“We stayed at Yarrawonga Holiday Park for three nights and were very disappointed. We booked for five people (two adults and three children). After a non-refundable booking, we were told we had to bring our own bed linen for the children, leaving us no option to change plans. On arrival, only two towels were provided. When we asked reception for more, we were told they could not help as we had been advised to bring our own linen. It is important to note that we also paid an additional $135 for...

“Nothing like the photos! Very dated! The bathroom was full of mould! The donna and pillows smelt awful! The toaster was so old and rusted! No heating in the bedrooms so very cold. Villa no. 3. I booked it based on all the reveiws that were good. We must have been given the worse one.”
