โVery large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. An easy walk to all the key places of interest, restaurants, bars etc. An excellent breakfast was provided each day. Michelle and Ellie were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.

โThis is a delightful historic property right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was delicious, the room spotless and clean, and the host Ryan was amazing. I would stay here again.
