โWe needed a place to stay over night while traveling and this motel sits upon the hill above Buc-eeโs in Leeds, AL. Definitely reminded me of the motels we stayed in as a kidโฆ everything was very nice and well maintained.. Front desk was very friendly and professional, this will become our half way stop when we travel to Virginia every year.. you canโt beat the fact Buc-eeโs is literally right there too! โ
โComing from someone that grew up extremely poor and homeless at times. I donโt have to have the best place to stay. As long as there is running water and no bed bugs I couldnโt care less what it looks like.
Breakfast was great, staff was great, the pool was out of order, but we were told we could use the pool next door. The only issue we had was our room had a musty odor and the carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. Again no big deal we were not there long enough for that to matter....
โVery clean and comfortable. Had our dog with us and there were no problems, very welcoming and kind. This is our second stay here on our way to NC and where we will stay every time!โ
โMy week long stay was great. Clean, well managed property with good wifi, hot water, coffee in the lobby. All staff were friendly and courteous from the late night clerk checking me it, the day desk clerk, and the heloful and thorough housekeeping gentleman. This is an affordable property that really is worth staying at.โ
