โIโve read many complaints that honestly donโt make sense, so hereโs my perspective.
We arrived very late after a long flight and were warmly welcomed by Alexander and Yeisha. From the start, they made us feel at homeโeven though we live in the U.S. and were traveling back to Puerto Rico, our homeland. Alexander went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the property, making us laugh, and ensuring we felt comfortable. His hospitality was truly outstanding and made our short stay memorable.

โClean hotel in the center of Rio Piedras. El Tren Urbano RP station is right next door, so it's very convenient for the Bad Bunny concert, or any event, in El Choliseo. โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay. All employees were great, from the front desk to the bartenders. We loved the breakfast and snack in the afternoons. Definitely coming back..โ

โStood here for a quick nap.. got in at 1am and was out by 7am. Common areas were really pretty, the bed was comfy. I did not meet any staff, everything was self check in and I did not utilize the lockers. People were up and someone kept coming in and out the room which made it hard to sleep. To be fair the bad bunny concert just let out. Would recommend based on my quick stay. โ
โThe hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property amenities were great. The property was under construction but didn't cause any inconvenience.โ
โi enjoyed it the only thing is that there was construction during the day but it doesnโt really matter since no oneโs sitting in the hotel all day anyway. but we had a great time and the restaurant was great staff was niceโ
โOur stay at The Looking Glass was cozy and convenient. It was so convenient for our stay after the Bad Bunny concert. The distance to the Choli was reachable with a 4 minute Uber drive and a straight shot from the train that left us right in the front of the coliseum. The bedding was really comfy too.โ
โWe had a great time here on our honeymoon! Everything was first class. It wouldโve been nice to have a microwave in the hotel room so we didnโt waste so much food though.โ
โOnly stayed one night but very clean, nice spot. Close to many restaurants and a walgreens walking distance. Fairly quiet compared to other areas and Iโm a light sleeper. The bathroom was very small and the curtain could use an upgrade but would def book again! โ
