“I love the hotel I love the room as well but one thing I did not like is $65 per a night for parking was to outrageous then a $300 deposit told me I was gonna get that back soon as I checked out well I had made it home and I still haven’t got my deposit That’s what I don’t like hitting fees other than that I get a hotel of 10 but that parking is outrageous y’all gotta do something about that in that deposit fee we supposed to get it back soon as we check out we should get it back right there”
“Pleasant very nice place to visit with beautiful view. Quiet downtime for us just mind relaxing. In a very peaceful area of the city. Convenience is awesome with walking distance to mall. ”
“The staff, service was great. But one thing is that in the morning, you can hear people gardening, so you would hear very much loud noise in the morning if you pick a day of gardening outside, especially the building is very low that you can hear the electricity working very loud”
“Only complaint was that the water pressure is very weak. I was also surprised they didn’t have nicer shampoo/conditioner/body wash or any lotion but that isn’t a complaint. ”
“We had asked for two beds for my adult grandson and myself. We were told by phone that they were not available. To our amazement when we opened the room, there were 2 comfortable queen beds. Room was clean, quiet, well laid out. Really nice property! Really good service! There was even a shuttle to Truist ballpark!”
