We told maintenance which took them almost 12 hours to get to us. He put Drano down the tub and that never worked. The telephone had no connection. And the heating unit he said “it is what it is”. "The bed in our room was absolutely disgusting. It looks like there was either mold or bedbug poop all over. So they moved us to a second room and that second room was even worse. The bed was covered in all kinds of fun stuff, including food and blood. They refused to refund us. They instead sent a housekeeper who was carrying a pile of balled up sheets and was coughing all over them.
