"Great hotel, very stylish - everything is new and in good condition. Quality of staff needs a little work. For example, our bed was made with damp sheets. When we asked housekeeping to change the bedding, we came back to the room to find they had just dropped off clean (dry) bedding but hadn't bothered to change the old bedding to the new (so we had to make the bed). Separately, another day, housekeeping came to do a regular clean up of the room but didn't make the bed. Other than that, staff was helpful and polite. The food was good in the next-door restaurant."
