"Honestly the room and the everyone there were so friendly. Also so apologetic when one of the rooms was not ready for a while.
There was a little incident with a man slumped at the lift area but apart from that it was a wonderful hotel. Would stay again "
"The location is great and conveniently located between Russel Square and Holburn underground station. Lots of groceries stores and restaurants around. "

"The hotel was a different experience in having no windows but for our short stay in London it proved to be a fantastic location, wonderful service and very comfortable! Definitely recommend!!"
"I love this hotel. It has a perfect location, in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum and a block from the subway/ tube (on the Piccadilly line, which goes to Heathrow airport). The staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty (though, as in many London hotels, there’s no air conditioning). If you don’t feel like paying for breakfast, there’s a Pret on the corner. Plus apparently the Beatles liked to stay here; you can’t get better than that. "
"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"
"Wonderful stay at this boutique budget hotel for backpackers and travelers of all sorts. We came to London to go to the Opera and the Hiroshige expo at the British Museum and both were in walking distance of the hotel. Euston Station is .5 miles away and the entire area has many shops, restaurants and green spaces to lie on the grass. The hotel has toilets and showers just off the staircase and this is nice so that you don't have to listen to your partner on the toilet in a small room. The toilets were always clean and showers had powerful, hot water. The windows opened so we had fresh air. The staff was friendly and has been run by the same family since 1964. If you're looking for a budget hotel in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum, the Royal Opera House, Soho and Euston, Saint Pancras and King's Cross stations, look no further. This is the place. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended. "
"Check in was a little rocky. But because it took a while, the person at the desk who helped me (Victor), upgraded my room from windowless to with a window. He was very nice and helpful, even gave me a printout of things to do in the area. As for the room, it was definitely very small, but honestly the perfect size for a single traveler like me. Would definitely stay again during my next visit."
"Excellent stay at Bedford hotel
All staff very professional friendly
Rooms clean the only I would say is the bathroom need of update and new shower
Hotel great location
Thank you "
"Was dropping off luggage early but they said our room was available- lovely Japanese style rooms - 4 bars including rooftop and at least 2 restaurants "
