โStaff very friendly The hallway was were very cold and hard the maintain room temperature. Room 156 shower had dark color around the base of the shower floor ?? Mold not sure โ
โThis property was very clean and comfortable, and it was quiet considering the proximity to a busy access road and highway. The property is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The free, hot breakfasts were great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.โ
โWe loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we wonโt be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. โ
โOur stay was great! The staff was very nice. Every where we went was a 10 minute drive or less. Close to the baseball field and football stadium. โ
โThey got a laundry room for guests. The place gets difficult customers but the property does their best. I have yet to get a microwave or fridge with a freezer even when I booked it that way.โ
โVery clean hotel, convenient as itโs downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didnโt have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and canโt believe how congested and built up...
