"It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."

"No hair dryer can be provided, even provided, a bit melt and I’m not dare enough to use. Have seriously ants inside the room and my bread for next morning breakfast all full with ants! Only good thing is this is nearby a mall that I need to visit. I was booking for 2 nights but I change hotel in second day."

"The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time."

We really admired the historical and authentic indigenous artifacts and decor found in the lobby, cafeteria and on the grounds. The Wi-Fi was good but weak in some areas. The rooms were clean but dated. However the hotel is undergoing a major renovation beginning with the first floor. "
