"Highly Recommended Excellent Stay – 5/5 We had a very good experience at Holiday Inn Express Frisco Legacy Park Area by IHG. I traveled with my parents, and they felt peaceful, comfortable, and very happy with the stay. The environment was quiet and excellent for families. CLEAN ROOMS – The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the restroom was also very clean and comfortable. Everything was organized properly, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. STAFF – The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in and overall process smooth and easy. We truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism in receiving us. They were also very attentive in assisting my parents whenever they needed anything and always spoke in a warm and friendly manner. When we first arrived and felt very thirsty after traveling, they kindly provided us with water bottles when we asked. Their support made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. BREAKFAST – We enjoyed a healthy and delicious breakfast during our stay. The breakfast options were fresh and satisfying for the whole family. It was a great start to our day. Thank you to the front desk team and all staff for making our stay smooth and comfortable. "Double check the check out times. Both the website and expedia listed 12pm but received a call that i had to check out at 11am. Not satisfied with that but the hotel was very nice and clean. The amstaff were professional and courteous. "

"There are a lot of good restaurants & bars within walking distance that made our stay even better as we celebrated our 8yr Wedding Anniversary! The hotel itself was very well kept & cozy. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The food at their restaurant was also excellent along with the drinks at their various bars."
