"Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...

"This was a “we needed a place to stay for the night before leaving early the next day” kinda stay. Staff was friendly, parking lot felt safe, the room was clean, it was a WONDERFUL place to see, especially after driving all day.
Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I go through Raleigh.
