โI liked the brickwork and the elevators were quick to access. Desk clerks were kind and efficient.
I did notice that the cold air return in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it. โ
โThe property seems to be under new management and is being renovated. I got the renovated room and it was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location canโt get better. Iโll definitely stay back here in future when I visit Billings. โ

Zac said it was his second day on the job and he is most professional!! Cheryl located some toiletries for me and she is super kind and sweet!!โ
