"Bathroom light was going out and we reported 3 days before they fixed it. "

"Stayed here back in November 2025, the stay itself was ok, room not huge, but had all you needed. On check in they explained they take a $300 deposit which is refundable after 21 days. The refund was never received, when I contacted them they said it was nothing to do with them and to contact my bank, which I did and it was down to the hotel to refund my refund. My daughter has since stayed at this hotel and the same thing has happened, they’ve taken $300 “refundable” deposit and it has not been returned, the hotel are now not answering emails, and we have contacted our bank who have now opened an investigation. Absolutely disgusting service, it’s stealing and customer service is non existent! My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to go elsewhere, as this hotel is a con!"

"Booked an "executive king room" and got a room with stained sheets, broken door handle to the bathroom, toilet that didn't flush and a lovely view of a light shaft filled with bird droppings and trash. Toilet got fixed after we complained. Breakfast at the neighboring Long Room was not worth the extra charge. "

"The location and amenities of the property made this a great location for our family of four. The rooms were in good condition and the proximity to everything was what we wanted making this a great stay. "

"Stayed here for 4 night with family. The price and location were good. Near Times Square and subways. Many restaurants on the block and coffee shop across the street. Rooms were spacious for NYC. Rooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the bathrooms. Not all rooms have a fridge. Staff were pleasant and there was a sitting area off the lobby. Our rooms had no view. 2 elevators, one was very small. Overall, nice stay. "

"Very kind front desk staff, but all else is mediocre. Elevators need service, rooms are cramped, towels are paper thin, cracked paint, and bad water pressure. Front desk let me check in early and check out was easy, but I would be hard pressed to stay here again. "
