"We booked 2 double rooms for a family of 4 for 3 nights. The kitchen staff was very helpful to accommodate our Jain food requirements. The property amenities on Expedia mentioned while booking it has air conditioner which was missing in the room, would have been very useful to cope with the heat in the afternoon. They installed AC for the 3rd night stay which was bit late, would have given them higher rating if they would have admitted and apologised upfront for the missing AC in the rooms."

"Wonderful location! Peaceful and quiet while still within walking distance to town. The manager, Mr. Anthony, was always welcoming and willing to assist, give advice, or just have a friendly chat. The rooms were clean and very high standard - overall recommended."

"A wonderful stay in a professionally run hotel - I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, staff is helpful and organized, the breakfast buffet and other dining options are excellent, the location is convenient, parking is adequate plus there is a superb convenience store on the ground floor to cover any last minute items that may be needed. The hotel staff also helped connect me to good tour operators and were really nice to interact...

"このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。 はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。 部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。 何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！"

"The resort is a perfect getaway for city dwellers. The resort nestles amidst the majestic middle Himalayas in the village of Saboo. The location is about 10km (15 minutes drive on a normal day) from the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche airport The cottages are well appointed, with lovely views from the verandah. There is a quaint little bridge with a water stream underneath too. The staff is very friendly and go out of the way to be helpful to guests. We needed our breakfast ready 30 minutes before time...

"Great property for the price and for a 2 star property it's really a great deal. The room can get a little hot and you might not find a very hot shower but it can't be beat for the price."
