Staff remembered our names, anticipated small needs (extra towels, late turndown), and solved requests with zero fuss. Rooms are spotless and quiet, with good blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi, and well-placed outlets—simple, but exactly what you want after a long day. Breakfast was the highlight: a generous spread that balanced local flavors with classic staples. Fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, flaky pastries, and excellent coffee set the tone each morning. I appreciated the thoughtful touches—labels for allergens, quick refills, and a team that seemed genuinely proud of the food. Location is convenient for walking and transit; nights felt safe. The gym is compact yet functional, and the lobby bar is a relaxed place to end the day. Small wish list: add more hooks in the bathroom and a few firmer pillow options. Otherwise, superb value. I’d return in a heartbeat—and I’d book with breakfast included."
