"Room was spacious and clean. Garden view is a very quiet and nice location. Staff was extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent with many items from which to chose. Pool was very nice and the ditness center was great! Recommend this location highly. Close to airport and the shuttle is complimentary. The hotel was quiet."

"It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just order from grab, cheaper and more options!"

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"The staff were really nice and friendly polite and helpful. Especially NATA KURNIA and TABRONI who cleaned my room most days. The breakfast was really good with the range of things and you could adjust the order. I like a three egg omelette. The biggest disappointment was the dining room restaurant at night. Very limited menu and consequently very few people went there. This could do with a major improvement."
