Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the spa, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views of the mountains from the balcony.

The ground floor rooms can be real cold as the door going outside contracted during winter and the cold air floods in. The staff Ryan was helpful in moving my room upstairs which was much better.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Basic and clean place to stay

We needed a place for one night to rest during a long trip. It was clean and had a simple breakfast (no hot table, hard boiled eggs were the only protein), which met our basic needs. It was expensive for what we got (but in line with the cost of hotels in Thunder Bay in July).
