“The hotel was Not even the problem. Expedia was the worst. Its Sturgis time and it’s already very busy in this area. We booked rooms for our drive back home and we got here at 8:15pm and walked into a lobby with 3 other groups trying to check in through expedia reservations and not one reservation was in the susatem. I felt terrible for the desk staff. She was taking calls from expedia, dealing with customers, and still trying to remain calm. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so the expedia agent...
“Nice place to stay. We were there during the motorcycle rally. Things were busy and the staff seemed to be tired. They got things done though. The place has been upgraded from the last time I stayed there. The information online doesn't seem to correctly depict the property. I'm glad we chose this hotel. Would defiantly stay again.”

This year was like our 5th year staying there because the wife and I go to the Sturgis Rally. At the last minute we had to take our almost 7 year old grandson with us and they were so good to him. we will definitely be going back next year and possibly later this year. ”
