당일 3시경 예약했는데 Hotels.com에서 정보를 전달하지 않았는지 호텔측이 모르는건지 당일 저녁 10시까지 입실도 못하고, Hotels.com사이트에서 취소처리도 안되고 쉽지 않았습니다. 로밍한 폰으로 한국 Hotels.com에 전화하니, 평일 7시이후는 퇴근인지 전화 연결이 안되어 주변 중국 현지인 휴대폰 통해서 Hotels.com 로그인해서 중국 콜센타에 전화해달라고 해서 겨우 체크인했습니다. 그 과정에서 호텔은 전혀 도와주는 것도 없었구요. 출장때문에 다시 가게 된다면 다음에는 직접 현금주고 호텔 숙박하려구요. 가격대비 모텔 수준입니다.

距离机场近，来这里办事的，早餐不错~整体而言不错，估计是机场附近最好的酒店了，因为看到挺多外国人~

交通不便利

虽然离机场近，但没有直达公共交通。这个地段定这个价格太高了，毕竟周围一片荒芜。早餐很满意，环境很安静。要是赶早班飞机可以住，但抵达晚不推荐住这，出租车喊价太高又没有别选择。

Enjoyed my stay there

Very nice hotel, away from the CBD and airport and in more of a quiet area but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Internet is slow and is not wireless in the rooms, still censorship in China and things like Google do not work. Very few people in the Hotel spoke any English but it was always possible to get what you wanted, it just took a little bit longer. One review said there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel but this is incorrect. Only way to the hotel is via taxi which is a short ride costing around eight US dollars. The area is very clean, surprisingly clean and I enjoyed my stay.

天津空港のﾌﾘｰﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟを希望で予約したので､事前にﾒｰﾙで､ﾌﾗｲﾄｽｹｼﾞｰﾙとともに天津空港のﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟを要望を返事がないので5回ﾒｰﾙしましたが､返信がありませんでした｡ 空港からﾀｸｼｰで行きました｡ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝの時にﾌﾘｰﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟを確認したら､時間限定の5便だけとの言う事でした｡

깨끗하고 깔끔

객실이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있어서 하루 묵기에 좋았다. 시내와는 멀리 떨어져 있고, 주변 식당이 많지 않은 점은 불편했다. 호텔에서 콜택시를 부르면 50위안으로, 가까운 거리에 비해 비쌌다.

I stay in this hotel, because it's near by airport, and I had an early flight. But it was not good, the guy in reception was extremely rude, and could not speak English, I try to use my middle level Chinese, and he still rude. They said in website they have wireless internet, but that is not true, in the room, they only have cable internet. Even they are very near by the airport they do not provide any transportation to airport, so I asked them to help me to call a taxi, then they said would cost 50 RMB around USD 8.20, I told that was crazy expensive, hotel is 5 min way, less than 3 KM, should not cost more than 15 RMB around USD 2.45. I complain a lot about the price, and said they should help to call regular Taxi and not hotel Taxi, but the reception guy just told me, here you won't find any Taxi, and I will not call for a Taxi, so you MUST take our Taxi at 50 RMB. That was terrible, the hotel is cheap, but I felt they guy took advantage because I had not choice, either miss my flight or pay this crazy expensive taxi. Never gonna stay in this hotel again.

Easy distance to airport.

The hotel is in a great location to get to or from the airport, but in a "ghost town" area of Tianjin, with very little in the area except for a lot of building works. The photo of the exterior of the hotel is misleading, as there are no pretty lights around. The hotel itself is truly 4 star with beautiful spacious clean rooms and a fabulous bed, however the inexperience of its staff really lets it down. In the restaurant we asked for an Irish Coffee from the menu. We were told they had "sold out" of Irish Coffee, however there was coffee and whiskey available. Breakfast came with our deal, but staff insisted it was only one breakfast for the two of us. Luckily we had kept our original email which elaborated "breakfast provided" to "2 breakfasts daily". They do not provide "airport transfer" as advertised, but will arrange a taxi for you. Good value if you can look past the average service. (To be fair, most staff were brand new that day or week, so lots of room for improvement.)

何もない場所で

翌朝早い便での香港移動だったので空港に近いこのホテルを予約しました。 しかし新しい経済開発区の中にあって周りは何も有りません。あたりを歩いてみましたが、住居が全くない大型の工場やビルだけがある場所で店舗も全くなし。ホテル裏に小さい国営のコンビニがあるだけでした。大きな整備された道路がありますが 道に人影は無く、車もまばら。 市内には40分くらいタクシーで行く必要があります。 ホテル自体は新しく、部屋もキレイですが食べ歩いたりショッピングには全く向いてません。 また空港から近いですが、朝早く空港に向かうにもタクシーも無く（タクシーは常時いないみたい）ホテルの車で送ってもらいましたが、50ＲＭＢ必要でした。 朝6時でフロントの女性（女の子って年齢でしたが）は2名ともデスクで寝ていましたね。 次回はやはり市内のホテルがいいですね。
