Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. Thanks for making a relaxing and enjoyable experience

The breakfast was about the only reality good thing there. Dinner was blah and chicken too salty. Salads are better at a street vendor. Our room came with a playpen setup and we didn’t need one. Pool bar closed early and employee said he felt like closing. Very disappointed for what you charge.

Hope you are very patient.

The check in was very slow and unprofessional. We were alone in checking in and it took over 45 minutes. Management was not at all accommodating with a later checkout. Staff needs to learn to smile.

the worst that is

the room was very closed the main street of Tiberias,with in front of the window(floor 0) a free great parking of hole floor and a cimetery. The very noisy compressor of the hotel was near the room and worked 24/24

Very nice - we enjoyed the stay

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the hotel. Due to Covid-19 some facilities were closed (no fault of the hotel) but still it was a good return to the money we paid.

The hotel did have water at night then when we finally had water it was brown. Our room had cheap toilet paper and ran out fast because there was only one left that was already used. When i called the receptionist they were not answering and whwn thay did the hung up on me. I called again and ask for toilet paper and the guy said, do you need it now? Do your self a favor and dont stay here. Not worth the money.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this tourist/resort hotel. The staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable but not updated. Enjoyed the pool and spa area before dinner. It was a 10-12 minute walk into the restaurants and shopping area in Tiberius.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. Employees at hotel desk were not real helpful but the restaurant food was great and staff there was very hospitable. Convenient.
