"The hotel is well located to stroll along the river and a short grab ride to the markets. Lots of restaurants on the same street and two mini marts nearby where you can grab extra water. Breakfast was nice but the breakfast area was on the 7th floor and had a glass floor which was not so good for my boyfriend who is terrified of heights. Other than that I’d recommend this hotel. Rooms are new and clean as pictured. Two pools one on level 2 outdoors and a small roof top one next to the bar. Great views across the city. Staff helpful. Would stay there again "

"Towels in the room slightly thin. Bathrobe was to small. Not enough light regarding the safety deposits box. Hard to close the sliding door going onto the balcony. The bedroom walls could be cleaned."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Da Nang. The rooms are Incredible. The service truly stood out as well. The facilities are top-notch. The spa is exceptional, the pool is stunning, and the gym is one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I’ve seen. Everything is thoughtfully maintained and adds to the overall experience. One thing I especially appreciated is the location. While it’s not directly on the beach, I actually preferred that, it gives the area a more authentic, local feel. You’re surrounded by plenty of shops, coffee spots, local boutiques, restaurants, and bars, all within easy reach, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, I really, really loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!"

"Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"
