Great hotel for family heaps of activities for kids of all ages. Smorgasboard of food options in the all-inclusive package.

3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app was not working 5- gust relations: are gust no relation : except for Delacruz..food was plenty and tons of variety but without taste —- I came to experience Turkish food —- it is more so as commercial no taste food … what a shame ! A waste of money … And absolutely bad impression about this resort .. will not do it again ..

Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this.
