“Really enjoyed that this Inn was further away from the main touristy area, but still walkable to the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast each morning too. Very close to the Cliff Walk and beach for a different trip than I have had to Newport in the past. Staff is incredibly nice and very responsive. Already booked our stay for next year!”

“We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!”

“Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.”
