She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"I recently stayed at Samdi Hotel in Da Nang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent—very close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of stores where you can easily get whatever you need.
The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. They are the most honest and hardworking team I have ever encountered. I had an unusual situation where I accidentally left a large amount of money in the safe and only realized it when I was already flying back to the U.S. When I contacted the hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they honestly confirm that the money was found, but they also made multiple efforts to send it back to me through the bank and Western Union—without ever asking for anything in return. Their honesty, kindness, and integrity truly deserve recognition.
Aside from this, our stay was very comfortable. The room we had was spacious, with two large bedrooms, two showers, and bathroom areas. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
If you are looking for a hotel in Da Nang, especially one near the airport, Samdi Hotel is an excellent choice. The service, honesty, and care of the staff alone make this a 5-star experience."
