It’s a self-serve place basically. We never met anyone, check-in was online, we got the access to the room by email and we had no room cleaning for the 3 nights we stayed there. You can get any towels or extra toiletries from a shelf at the “lobby”. The room was ok in size but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Small bathroom but that’s how they all are in Japan.

Very unique decor. Staff very friendly and helped me to find a Dr surgery. Has a very large lobby space but rooms on the small size.
