Clean room, nice service, decent breakfast except Tokat yağlısi was not fresh
Only problem was the slope on shower floor was wrong so water would go out of shower pan and you would need to wipe/dry the floor after shower
Location is very central
All in all I would recommend for a comfortable stay

Konumu çok iyiydi tarihi mekanlara çok yakındı. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Müdür Hüsamettin Bey çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldu. Tokat’a bir daha gelsem yine Rush Hoteli tercih ederiz.

Oda aşırı küçüktü,manevra yapmakta zorlandık. Yatak da epey küçük haliyle. Duvarlar kağıt gibi. Resmen izolasyonsuz otel duvarı :)) rezalet.
Kahvaltısı çok yetersiz. Almasanız daha iyi. Çok güler yüzlü olmayan bi abla servis yapıyor. Tam önünüzdeki bitmeden almaya kalkıyor falan. Yani hizmet anlamında öğrenmeleri gereken şeyler var. Onun dışında resepsiyondaki karşılayan arkadaşlar çok iyiydi,çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılardı. Teşekkür ediyorum.
Tekrar kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Temizlik cok kotuydu.klozetin oturma alaninda killar vardi pecete ile sildim beyaz pecete siyah oldu. Banyoda uzun siyah saclar vardi duvarlara killar yapismisti. Ayni sekilde yatagin ici yastik kilifi killar ile doluydu yorgan kilifi ters serilmisti acaba yikanmadan ters tarafini mi kullandilar cok suphe duydum. Yerde yel toka vardi toz fazlaydi. Sabah kadar sigara kokusu cektim odada asiri aigara icilmisti. Normalde sorarlar sigara icilen oda olsun mu diye. Carsafta mavi temizlik deterjani lekesi vardi. Havlular ikiser olmasi gerekirken birer taneydi. Sade kahve yerine ucu bir arada koymuslardi. Sabah kahvaltisi cok kotuydu beyaz peynir kokmustu kasar peyniri kuflenmis siyah zeytin cok kotuydu patates kizartmasi yanmisti. Hazir su yerine acik su verdiler sofrada ne suyu oldugu belli degil. Bir daha tercih etmeyecegim.

Otel merkezi bir noktada odalar ve banyo yenilenmiş ama biraz dar temizlik idare eder yatak altı çok tozlu ve bir önceki müşteriden kalma terlik vardı odalar çok ses alıyor yan tarafta kalanların bütün konuşmalarını rahatlıkla duyabiliyorduk kahvaltı çatı katında tokat kalesini gören bir manzaraya sahip kahvaltısı zayıf 2.günü oda kartı açmadı resepsiyona 4.defa gidişimde ancak açtı uçağımız geç saatte olduğundan ne kadar geç çıkabiliriz diye sorduğumuzda çıkış 12 daha geç olmaz yoksa günlük ücret kesmek zorundayız dediler oteller genelde rica edince 1 veya 2 saat geç çıkmaya müsade ederler çevredeki aile ile kalınabilecek oteller ile kıyaslandığında özellikle fiyat performans açısından kısa süreli kalmalar için tercih edilebilecek ideal bir otel
