“We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer...

“We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!”

“Such a beautiful home with comfy beds in every room. Loved that we were able to use the items they had to play at the beach comfortably, board games stocked and DVD player upstairs in the game room. Right on the lake was fun to sit near the fire and watch the boats go by. Bugs didnt come out till it got dark so pack your bug spray for night. Overall 10/10 definitely want to stay here again ”

“Hard to justify the price point. Two bathrooms simply isn’t enough. All of the “extras” were broken. No working bike. Trash was totally full upon check in. Can’t play bags, air hockey, or the shuffle board because it’s all busted. Some rooms didn’t have power. Batteries for remotes and fans were dead. Not enough soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.. Grill had just a little propane with no backup (kinda ruined the July 4th BBQ). The view is heavily obstructed by new builds. Kinda...
