3/5 - Okay
Do not settle for a smoking room if you are a non smoker. The room smells horrible like smoke. They would not exchange to a non smoking room. I talked to manager, and her solution was giving me a bottle of Fabreeze.

While Centrair isn't home to many top sights, Flight of Dreams and Aeon Mall Tokoname are some notable places to visit nearby.

Nice property with a nice ambience in the foyer and restaurant, staff were very pleasant and helpful, there is no laundry, onsen, spa etc.

This hotel offered a beautiful and spacious room that is ideal for large families or groups. We only stayed 1 night but would consider this a nice option for week long stays. The people that work there are genuinely kind and welcoming.

Centrair Nagoya Airport is a convenient gateway to central Japan. I'd expect more visitors will find out about it with more flights are being added from Asia but also from Europe and America.
The people were very friendly and helpful. I definitely will return here.
Quiet little town
Tokoname is a great place to visit for anyone who loves ceramics. Its even possible to take single lessons at the Kyouei-Gama Ceramic Art School. I did, and it was a wonderful experience.
A big mall, AEON Mall Tokoname, is located in 10 minutes from this hotel where the airport is. Around the mall area, there’re some Japanese activities like workshop you can enjoy.
