"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"This hotel is poorly ran. The employees are friendly enough but with the negative news they deliver who would blame them if they hated their jobs. The pool and hot tub are not working. When you say anything they say well you can go somewhere else. The sheets and towels are all stained. The breakfast is absolutely horrendous. This place needs to have a change of management and get the necessary upgrades."

"I was on an out of town family event and booked a two night stay. The hotel was well situated with shopping nearby, and parking was adequate. The continental breakfast was ok- coffee was lukewarm on both days, though. The friendliness of the staff varied from person to person, but everyone was polite. No hint of cigarette smoke noted, which was a plus, but the shower temp was very difficult to regulate "

"Never again. The room was okay. The hot tub was COLD and greenish in color. Asked the front desk about it and the lady had an attitude. I heard others asking as well the next day. They ended up closing the pool and the hot tub. We choose hotels based off them having both of these things, yet no apology. No offer to do anything about them being closed. Nothing. Oh and it took 15 minutes to actually get coffee during their free breakfast. Many items were out and it appeared there was one lady trying to do everything. So, the breakfast was not good either. "
