Las habitaciones se encontraban muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones. Sin embargo, la alberca de la habitación requería mayor limpieza y presentaba una fuga que, aunque fue atendida de manera inmediata, persistió, ocasionando nuevamente la disminución del nivel del agua. Asimismo, se percibió una alta afluencia de personas en las albercas generales, incluyendo visitantes que aparentemente acudían únicamente a hacer uso de estas áreas sin estar necesariamente hospedados, lo que afectó la experiencia y la disponibilidad de los espacios. El spa es realmente impresionante y los alimentos son de muy buena calidad; no obstante, el buffet resulta un poco elevado en precio. Adicionalmente, el lugar no cuenta propiamente con estacionamiento, lo que puede resultar poco práctico para los huéspedes.
