โAlthough the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. โ

โI was very happy with my stay. It's in the center of the city, so there's not much of a view, but it was friendly, clean, and safe. The room was very nice, and the buffet breakfast was good. They kept my bags for me when I checked out, which was very nice, and when I left, they brought my car to the front door with Grab. I would stay at Novotel again anywhere in the world. โ
