Male Japanese at front desk was not friendly. He was very demanding. Awful to approach. Hope he can change position. Not customer facing role.

Apartment Hotel STAY THE Kansai Airport
沙發是壞掉的，廁所很冷，沒有電梯。餐具都是塑膠製品，不確定是否能用來微波，熱水壺的內膽是塑膠的，不確定是否能加熱，不敢用來煮水，怕喝下去的都是塑膠水。隔音很差，根本就睡不好，再次來訪臨空城的話，不會考慮住這間，設備跟離車站的距離都不優。

虫が多かったけど、殺虫剤が置いてあった。チェックインの方法がメールで送られてこず、電話しても繋がりにくかった。しかし、皆で楽しめたので良かったです！ありがとうございました。
