"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. "The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent. Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days. Loved the hotel. The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine) We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute. Thank you"

"This is where we always stay in Aberystwyth. It is conveniently located on the edge of town with plenty of free parking. A flat 10-15 minute walk takes you right into the centre. The hotel reception is located in the pub next door, where there is a good choice of food. Secure access to the lodge is by key card. Unfortunately there is not a lift in the lodge, but it is only 2 floors. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped as was the bathroom. Working A/C was a bonus with our changeable weather. We have never been aware of any noise during our stays here, apart from maybe the odd door closing."

"Excellent welcome, superb rooms with nice little touches. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they arranged for bacon butties to be ready for us. Although we could not sit and enjoy the full breakfast experience, the menu was extensive and looked amazing."
