"Got to the hotel, broken glass was in multiple places and area did not look safe. Dull paint job and my girlfriend was approached by a guest that made her feel very unsafe. Room smelled like smoke as well. We decided to not stay at the hotel as the guest that approached her and wouldn’t leave her alone watched where our room and car were. So we went to the front desk to ask about modifying or cancelling our reservation. Person at the front desk kept interrupting us saying things like “I can’t help you” and “no refunds”, even when i suggested calling hotels.com. He repeatedly insisted that there was nothing that could be done even with the cancellation warranty I had purchased. We left the hotel a couple of hours after getting there and stayed at a different hotel. Cost roughly $190 for 2 nights and got no refund"

"Hotel is decent but the towels are always stained and dirty. Second time I’ve experienced this at this location. I thought it was a fluke the first time but it wasn’t. Staff is nice."

"Cigarette holes in the blankets, hotel room technically clean but had cosmetic issues like repairs needed. Bed was pretty hard. For a one night stay it was fine though."

"People outside smoking weed in front of the rooms, while sitting on the stairs blocking access to the 2nd floor. Mold and mildew in the room causi g unpleasant smells. Roaches and other bugs crawling around. Bedding was not properly cleaned. "

"It felt like a soft opening. There were things that were not ready in the room after the remodeling. However, the step was very helpful and made us feel welcome."
