“Lots of broken items in our room. One elevator was broken as was the equipment in the fitness center. Staff was helpful. None of the issues were their fault but it didn’t meet our expectations. We checked out early.”

“Liked the hot breakfast and they never let food run out. Housekeeping were great. The entire staff were friendly.”

“The staff was ultra courteous and kind. The facility was very clean and we did not experience any issues with the room. The other guests, however, were using enough marijuana throughout their visit that the entire building had a pot smell to it. It was everywhere. We also were woken up multiple times our first night by partying neighbors. The manager asked them to quiet down a couple of times and they finally did. We were moved to a different room (albeit a smaller one) for the next two nights....

“I feel the lodging was in line with the rooms price point. Room had a powerful smell that was a mix of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and sadness. There was a solid 1/4” of daylight coming through the entire doorframe top to bottom. I believe this structural flaw is what triggered the carpet to have a forever feeling of dampness. Lots of roaches. Cleaning service was less than ideal. It appeared they just came in and made the bed but didn’t actually clean anything. That cleaning was provided once...

“Took forever to check in w were waiting in lobby for 2 hours , did not get a room key till next day so hotel staff had to let us in room every time we left the room ( uncomfortable) the breakfast was horrible , the pool was closed even tho I called ahead of time to ask if it was open , they gave us a room that was still under construction , our shower was missing the tub ! Literally no tub ! Just concrete I almost slipped luckily I grabbed rail ! Never again staying here ! Do not recommend”

“The worst possible experience there could be , the rooms were dirty , dresser was broken , burnt outlets , THE BED HAD HOLES IN THE BLANKETS AND STAINS . The most disappointing experience . Immediately left and had to spend more money on a different hotel because there was no way I was going to stay there with my child . My mom had booked a room right next to mine and she had the exact same experience , hotel staff was rude and refused to refund us . DO NOT COME HERE”
