However, we specifically booked this property and paid extra compared to other options because the listing said there was a washing machine. When we arrived, we were told there was no washing machine, which was very frustrating as we are on a long road trip and needed to do laundry. We also messaged the hotel through Expedia before arriving but never received a reply. Once there, it was almost impossible to reach a staff...
