It was a great location if you are near the Union Station. The room I was in was very spacious and the had great communication and instruction. A few problems with the spot, like cracked window, some of the things like the shower head being not as strong pressure, balcony lock broken. Other than these small inconveniences the location was beautiful for my stay. If you ignore those small Inconvenience it is a great stay for a family and friends.

The room was fantastic with a great location. The inclusion of parking made the stay even better. The room was clean and had wonderful views. Perfect for a short or longer stay. The only issue we encountered was that when we went to retrieve our keys from the key cafe at 4, they were not there. We had to contact the provider and wait in the convience store until 4:30 when the housekeeping brought the keys. This delayed our plans as we had dinner reservations for our show that night. But that being said, once the keys were there, it was a simple checkin. I would definietly stay here again in the future.

Considering the costs of a downtown hotel. This place gives the same convenience at a discount with more room and similar facilities. Just like being at home. There was no balcony per se, it did however have a sliding door.with a glass barrier. The instructions can be a little overwhelming in its messaging regarding accessing the underground parking and accessing the keys. Now once that is all figured out. It was smooth sailing. The other bonus was the parking was included so you saved another $40 minimum based on the 4:00 oclock check in time and 11:00 am check out. Better than staying in a hotel and you are able to cook and do laundry in the same space if so desired. You cannot do thst in a hotel.

Read the reviews. The description is quite clear. Did I have to go to a store around the corner and futz with an app to “unlock” a box for the key? Yes. Did I then walk to another entrance to get into the building, which isn’t exactly where the location on the listing says it is? Yes. Was the place clean, affordable, and walkable? Yes.

The location is good and the room is ok, however I had a few issues. As previously mentioned by other people, the place is not located where it is announced; The mattress is worn out and has developed a significant dip from years of use; check out instructions were sent after the check out time so I couldn’t follow the instructions properly; and I had another date booked and they cancelled it without any explanation - I’ve asked why and I haven’t heard from them.
