The rooms are not blackout although I had requested a blackout blind/curtain room. The room was bright as day by 6am when the sun came out. For this reason will never stay again

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff were helpful. The rooftop restaurant was great. Location was amazing, right across from Ontario Place, the lake, CNE fairgrounds and was walking distance to Fort York, restaurants, cafes and some lovely parks.

We were visiting Toronto to attend a concert at the Coca Cola Coliseum and the walk was short and pleasant! The roof top pool area was beautiful! We felt like we were on vacation in the tropics! The staff and service was amazing, so much so, we didn’t want to leave and decided to stay another night! Thanks Hotel X….we will definitely be back!!!!

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel X last week for a few days and it was a lovely experience. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, the room was spotless with a stunning view, the team members were all friendly and welcoming, the room service was great. We'd love to stay again!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the front desk workers were very kind and helpful at check-in and check-out. The beds were comfortable, the shower and bathtub were luxurious, and the view of the water from our room was lovely.

We loved being within walking distance to the arena. It was a big expensive but well worth it to be able to walk to the venue. We were on the 17th floor and what a view. The only downside they have a bar on the 29th floor and we were looking forward to going after the show but it was already closed by midnight 😕 oh well. Great place

My husband and I came from Buffalo for a concert. The hotel was in walking distance to our venue. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would not stay at any other hotel!

Hotel is really nice but a little expensive for the level. It doesn’t have any whirlpool and the restaurant with a view not opens until 5pm. On the other hand the staff is extremely good the service is excellent.

The views from this hotel are excellent. It is a little off the beat and path so access to convention center and stadium are great. You will have to drive or take a 20 min walk to reach other eateries other than Starbucks that closed quite early.

Nice hotel friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel is quiet and away from the busy life of Toronto down town. Still near and easily reachable either by street car that has stop 2 blocks away or the hotel drop off service to down town which is very nice . Is a nice place if you enjoy walking and running along the lake side. They have a beautiful pool but it was a bit chilly up there so no one was in. Hopefully I can return in the summer.

The room was fabulous and I enjoyed the view as well. Staff were great! I enjoyed the restaurant on the property. I’d love to stay again.
