I was under the understanding they had a lobby guest entrance but came to find it was an air bnb false advertising. Although the gentleman was on time felt sketchy. No phone chargers and it was a little run down … couldn’t close curtains and bed uncomfortable.

Possibly the worst accommodations of my entire life. Only needed a place to stay for the night between a flight and a train ride but the whole thing turned into a complete disaster. We arrived at 8pm, when check in is supposed to be ready for 3pm, and are told that the room isn't clean yet and we have to wait for 2 hours before we can go up. By the way, the person telling us this is just a random man outside the building in a baseball cap and a backpack, not even a front desk staff person. He offered to watch our luggage for us, but who the hell even is that guy? Why would we trust him with our bags? Absolutely not. We wait the 2 hours and are supposedly given an upgraded room for our troubles. It was Water Damaged to the point that the floor was a hazard to walk on, both my husband and I stubbed our toes and tripped multiple times in the night. There were two bathrooms and only one of them had a working tub- turning the handle did nothing and it looked like it might fall off at the slightest breeze. The floor in the working bathroom was disgustingly dirty and water stained- it was clean the toilet had overflowed and noone had done anything about it because that's were the hall floor damage was, as well as a missing chunk of drywall at the bottom of the wall dividing the bathroom from the hall. Will never stay again and highly encourage others to do the same. It's not worth the headache.

Nice view, but 48th floor 2 broken elevators took 20-30 each trip up or down due to waiting, damage to wall in unit, no face cloths. At that price, why do we need to take out the trash? Check/in took 45 minutes. No one at meet up location. Blamed it on a busy day. Could have checked in earlier but they would charge an extra $40. Instead I lost 45 minutes cause they were not ready. At one point due to delays I thought I was being scammed.

As a first experience, not a very good experience. First of all, I was not provided all the information prior to leaving and therefore was missing information for the check-in. The building staff was not able to help me resolve the issue and very little effort to support me. I was basically on my own. In the end, I did not stay at the Ice Suites and was transferred elsewhere.

My room was canceled on me because they discovered the toilet was clogged. They offered me the only other room available for $400 more. I declined, and asked if I would receive a full refund. They responded, and I quote, "Yes that is confirmed." I still haven't received a refund or a response regarding my refund.

If I could give negative reviews I would, terrible interior. There was bodily fluid stains on the ground near the washroom. The best sheets, pillows and the blanket all smelled like sweats. The fridge wasn’t working, the toilet flush doesn’t work and you got to use your hands with a plastic stick in order for it to work, the tv doesn’t work and they are so cheap there’s no Netflix or cable. All the dishes and cups were dirty, the bed side table is all rusted and broken, the living room windows were all dirty. The toilet light didn’t work. Stay away from this dump.

Booked 12 York. received confirm message we had completed all check in information. Arrived at 12 York to have security say they had no information of our arrival. Suggested we check 14 York While on route we received a message confirmed our 14 York Street reservation. Security had NO information of our arrival. Was a VERY long process which is not the fault of the security people. We found the location to be very convenient to major sites, good dining and grocery options. The location was not as clean given the amount of cleaning supplies available. I would suggest either a nonslip mat in tub and/or grab bar in the bathtub. Was nice to have basic kitchen items yet we didn't take full use of them. We were asked to take photograph of keys on table when we left, I asked the property to confirm they received the photograph, however didn't receive a reply.

I booked this trip in January. When I called the property for assistance, I was finally texted all the details. This should have been sent ahead of time. All of that headache occurred and then I did not have enough beds. When I texted, I was told that we were not given the correct info and that we had to move properties. This wasted over an hour of my time and energy. My frustration level was sky high as the new set of directions were lacking in detail. Once we settled in I thought things would be smooth. The night before we checked out, there was a loud party until midnight and then we had another couple knocking on our door after midnight to get into our new room. The person who manages Ice Suites and the 18 Yonge place needs to learn how to communicate proactively for travelers. He even stopped responding to text messages.

1. They didn’t give us any info about the check in , so the security in the building have to help us to contact the manager of the apartment. 2. No parking lot avaible 3. The room was dirty !!!! We have pictures of it 4. They left it clothes in the washing machine !!!!!
