A good visit to Novotel. We really enjoy this site because of its proximity to dining and the STM Lawrence market. Only one small issue, which was we couldn't find a great in room temperature. Small but caused some sleeping issues.

Check in was very stressful, reception staff were not helpful, I booked 2 queen size bed room , when I arrived, was told only a king bed room available. They gave me hard time to get the room I booked. Bad customer service. Will never stay there again.

I liked my location. I parked my car in the garage and walked most days to everywhere I wanted to go to. My room was clean. They had a parking garage which was amazing because I had such a hard time finding parking throughout Toronto. The staff was friendly.

Decent location. Room amenities very basic with paper coffee cups and cheap coffer maker. No bar soap or lotion. Two small drawers. Chose because allowed pets. Otherwise won’t recommend. The Indian restaurant across the street was outstanding.
