Feels like Home

We loved this hotel as soon as we got there. It felt like home. Relaxed and not too formal. Friendly, personable staff were helpful, nice garden, outdoor places to sit. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and had breakfast there every morning before going out exploring. We would definitely stay here again if going to Torremolinos.

Great boutique hotel. Wonderful owners. We did have a bit of a problem finding it. A building number on the front (street) side would help. A few more hooks and a toilet roll holder in the bathroom would also be nice. Wonderful restaurants and cafes only a block or two away, but it would be nice to have a coffee pot or kettle in the room, or coffee/tea available onsite in the morning. Definitely would stay there again though!!

Good position for airport. Only 10mins drive

Really nice place. Gatden really nice. Ordered breakfast at 7am but when arrived nobody knew about it. Little noisy at night but on the whole really acceptable for the price and staff really helpful.

Quiet little place with a nice garden area

We stayed at Hostal Los Geranios as a stopover on the way Ronda. The property is close to Torremolinos city buses and ~15 euro ride from/to the Malaga Airport. Our son needed to fly out in the morning and the very polite property manager arranged for a 6:00 a.m. pickup for the taxi. Everything went smoothly. The grounds are nice and the bathroom was very clean. The room was not fancy; it was just what we needed. WIFI was good.

Net hotel met erg vriendelijke en hulpzame staff. Kamer (16)prima alleen de badkamer zat achterin en er was geen ventilatie zodat het wat vochtig rook in de kamer.

El alojamiento tiene lo justo para dormir, que es la función que cumple. A las 02:00 de la madrugada le entregué la llave al señor de recepción y le informé que iba al aeropuerto y volvía en un rato, y para mi sorpresa me encontré que, al regresar, sobre las 03:00 horas, en la recepción no había nadie para entregarme la llave. Llamé al timbre, aporreé la puerta, grité, todo ello varias veces, y todo en vano. Al fin, después de 10 minutos esperando, llamé por teléfono al número del alojamiento y el señor de recepción me contestó que estaba en la planta de arriba; bajó, me entregó la llave y ni siquiera se disculpó. Inaudito; jamás me había ocurrido algo similar.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre sympathique. Petit bémol concernant la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas. Heureusement des barreaux sont en place. Un store ou rideau serait appréciable malgré les vitres floutés, on se sent assez mal à l'aise de prendre une douche avec la lumière allumée. Sinon personnel agréable et jardin très joliment aménagé. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue.

A lovely mellow little hot

I generally don’t write reviews, but this nice simple hotel and especially its front desk staff merit high praise. It is not a hostel in the youth-hostel sense but rather a comfortable hotel in a great location. Having traveled to 55 countries and stayed everywhere from an accidental night with my wife and baby in a Bangkok brothel to that city’s Oriental Hotel, I can write with certainty that you’ll be happy at the Geranimos.

Excellent stopover for Malaga Airport

Very convenient for Malaga airport. Hostal situated in quiet area. Lovely gardens. Staff on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly . Our bedroom was quite basic but very clean. Bathroom had good shower and the bed was particularly comfortable. Easy parking in streetclise by. Can walk to popular areas of Torremolinos in 15/20 minutes.

Good for a stopover close to Malaga airport.

We arrived very late evening in heavy rain. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful helping us get parked as parking was busy nearby. We were checked in very quickly and our room had a lovely small courtyard we would have enjoyed in better weather! The room was a comfortable size although it would have been a bit cramped had our cases been full size. The bathroom was clean with a decent shower.

Overnight stop for airport. Positive points: comfortable bed; friendly, helpful staff; reasonable continental breakfast; just 15 minutes or less to the airport by car. Negative points: lumpy, poor quality pillows; poor shower, very low water pressure, hard work to get properly wet; room not in great condition; not great value for money, was expensive for the quality.

Garden oasis

This is the loveliest little place tucked away in a quieter, residential area but still very close to walk to shops and the center of things. Rooms are nice but small. Creatively outfitted shelving and updated bathroom. What stands out is the lovely garden with a huge old tree and swing plus bean bags and chairs to sit in. The lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Nice place and we'd stay just for the cute garden!

Short one night stay, Room is fairly basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaints couldn't get the heater to work and there are no English channels on the TV. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, so they probably would have come and fixed the heater if I had gone to ask, but I wasn't too bothered. Also It's not possible to change the audio on the TV to the program's original, which you can normally do on most modern TVs, Location is quiet and a good 15 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants, although the hotel itself has both.

Super süße Atmosphäre

Wir haben unseren Anfang unserer bevorstehenden Reise in Málaga/ Torremolinos sehr entspannt in familiärer Atmosphäre begonnen. Sehr nettes Personal, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause, ein wunderschöner Garten um das Haus herum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
