“Petit hôtel très sympathique au bord de l’ocean. Il semblerait qu’il soit dangereux de s’y baigner … nous n’avons pas essayé . Petite piscine carrée pour se détendre si besoin. Familial, tenu par un frere et une soeur. Petit déjeuner , possibilité de manger le soir sur place ( nous n’avons pas testé )”

“Carey Lodge es un sitio sencillo y muy tranquilo, ideal si buscas algo básico en Tortuguero. La limpieza del cuarto era buena, pero la experiencia se vio afectada porque no nos dejaron toallas ni papel de baño; tuvimos que movernos por nuestra cuenta para conseguirlos. Está un poco alejado del embarcadero principal, lo cual es bueno para el silencio pero requiere caminar más. Mi mayor recomendación es no reservar por aplicaciones como Expedia si el precio se ve elevado, ya que terminamos pagando...

“Hele mooie fijne locatie heel vriendelijk personeel maar let op geen airco op de kamer werd gelijk voor ons een ventilator neergezet wat heel fijn was wat dat heb je daar wel nodig. Het was erg schoon. Het ontbijt was erg goed. We hebben genoten van onze twee nachten hier”

“We hadden een onverwachte upgrade gekregen naar de deluxe tenten. Een zeer aangename verrassing en een leuke start van onze trip. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tucans en veel andere vogels gehoord en gezien. ‘S nachts zijn oordopjes wel nodig voor mensen die licht slapen. Af en toe ook apen gehoord. Zwembad was erg fijn met een mooi uitzicht. Het eten en drinken (happy hour altijd leuk) was erg goed en schappelijk van prijs. Personeel heeft ons ook geholpen met het regelen...

Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. ”

“Brilliant hotel in a great beach-front location. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful, particularly Leo who was regularly ensuring that we were happy with everything. Breakfast is made to order to suit your preferences and was very tasty. Nice hammocks to relax in. The staff even took our luggage to the dock for us”
