"Only got to stay one night, but, check in was a breeze, room was immaculate. Beautiful courtyard, nice size pool and spa. Very nice are with many vending machines for everything. Next morning I did visit breakfast area, basic, clean, well lit and well stocked breakfast area. Coffee was hot and plentiful, excellent selection of toppings for oatmeal, cereal and eggs/ham. Very welcoming. As a whole will absolutely recommend this spot. "

"This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. So incredibly accommodating from allowing early check in to storing our luggage so we could spend extra time in the area. Room was beautiful, very comfortable beds, showers were awesome. Every member of the staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful. "Poolside and pool could use more lounge chairs and they weren’t very comfy. Not the cleanest looking pool. Hot tun was sub par. Looked dirty. Staff were terrific. Room floors were not scrubbed clean. My Sox were black from walking in them for a short time. "

" We were in a suite with 2 queens in the bedroom and a small kitchen and living area with pullout couch. It was a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom door was broken (missing the strike plate) and would not lock or stay shut. We had to bring a chair into the bathroom to put against the door to keep it shut. Luckily the bathroom was large enough to keep the chair in there. We reported this 3 times before someone from maintenance finally came around 5:00 on our second day. He tried to fix it but after some failed attempts decided he didn't have the right part and would have to order it. Hope it got fixed for the next guest. There are a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby even within walking distance but beware they are not open late. We arrived after 9 PM and had to drive a few miles to get dinner because everything was closed."

"I always stay in nice hotels never motels … but this time I was trying to save money and closely relied on reviews. People said it was clean it was just so so and people said it was close to everything it was miles from everything. The only place in walking distance was the ballpark. How did they never mention how scary it is for a woman traveling alone to arrive to no front desk, no staff, having to get your own towels and toilet paper? No body wash in dispenser and I call to have it filled it never was and when I call back she says they said it was filled even though I said it was not. Broken air conditioner. Reported and never fixed. No ventilation try sleeping nights in Fl w no air con. Worst experience of my life. Normally Expedia reviews can be relied upon. What were these people on? They must be people who bever stayed in a real place. Avoid here at all costs not worth it to save a little.😡"
