Un logement confortable, propre et bien situé. Et un remerciement particulier au personnel qui a été aux petits soins, adorable et un excellent sens du service. Très bien accueillie et renseignée tant à la réception, qu'au bar et en restauration. Bravo pour la qualité de la relation client et les sourires...c'est rare de nos jours alors je le souligne et félicite les équipes.

Problème d'organisation

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes et nous avons eu une chambre pour 2 personnes nous avons du faire dormir nos enfants dans un canapé ( en simili cuir très ferme), après avoir réclamer à la réception des draps ou nous avons du faire le lit, réclamer 2 chaises pour diner... Nous sommes déçu

En baisse...

Pour un établissement que j'ai l'habitude de fréquenter dans le cadre du travail, je trouve que les tarifs augmentent beaucoup et que les prestations baissent... Mitigeur de Douche cassé, mauvaise réception télé, absence de climatisation... Pour plus de 70 euros la nuit alors que j'en payais 45-50 il y a moins de 6 mois !!! Dommage...

The room was comfortable and complete and clean. The air conditioning didn't work at night because the hotel turn off, because it's central equipment. It was very hot at nigth.

It was in a quiet out of city area with lots of green space. Secure free parking and comfortable studio apartment with cooking facilities We had 2 nights here and used the excellent public transport system to explore Toulouse.

Réservation faite sans annulation possible, demande de report de la réservation cause covid, en acceptant bien évidemment des frais de pénalité. Aucun report fait, la totalité de la somme a été encaissé pour un séjour non effectué, malgré 2 recours auprès d'hôtel.com.
