โThe hotel is wonderful - great, spacious and modern rooms + a very nice rooftop and pool with a view of the city. Albeit small with only 3 sun chairs, the rooftop pool does have other lounge areas to sit and relax. It opens at 11 and closes before sunset, because they transform the pool area into a dinner lounge area that is very cool. Watching the sunset from there is epic.

โThe location of the apartment was just great, next to the historic monuments and in the heart of the city. First we went to another building apartment, there are more than one and you should check the confirmation you received. It was confortable w enough amenities and lift made it easy. Lots of open cafes, restaurants nearby. โ

โThere was no shampoo as noted under amenities, the bathroom door handle was broken and the air conditioner only worked on a high setting which was loud and hard to sleep. โ
โThe room was new, clean, spacious, enough for a couple and has a nice, big terrace. You can find a boiler and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Biggest problem is itโs too hard to communicate with them, you didnโt get any answers to your requests, your messages returned back. We had some difficulties in entering the building, new systems without keys can be challenging. Secondly the street is so noisy with cars, buses especially motorcycles, otherwise Thessaloniki is worth to see, we love it.โ
โNilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
