"1. Please add to all of your restaurants a sweet white and red wine. I Don't like dry wines. 2. Please enforce the no children policy for the adult pools near the beach. 3. Please monitor the noise after 8pm. Each night there were people either screaming at each other, or fighting, or talking very loudly. 4. Please add more TV stations in English. But, even with all these requests we loved our time at the Santa Fe."

"My husband and I had an incredible stay at Paradisus. We stayed in a reserve king swim-up suite for a week, which was clean and comfortable, and ultimately felt private even with the shared pool. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Special shout out to our fantastic concierge Juventino! He was so kind and helpful, and really made our stay that much better. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and had a great time at hibachi night, as well. We have stayed at a few all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, and this was by far our favorite. Highly recommend!"

"Garza Blanca was beautiful! The staff was fantastic! The one and only drawback was that there was no buffet for lunch and dinner. The restaurants were all great but it wuf have been nice to see more buffet meals. Buy all in all it was beautiful"

"Staff was very helpful with IT questions. Restaurant options were excellent, and the food, on average, was quite good. This is a good place for families, but not so much for young adults or seniors. Everything outside the inclusive pricing seemed very, very expensive. Spa costs were extreme, and my partner was disappointed at the Golf options. All employees were super friendly and did everything they could to make our family’s stay comfortable."

"The staff at this property is amazing, kind and genuine. I love that the spa amenities are available to all guests, not just those scheduled for treatments! Very unique. I did go to yoga one morning and there was no room, instructor didn’t do anything to make room for me. That is the only negative experience of the entire visit. Our concierge Perla was wonderfully helpful. The food was delicious and unique to each restaurant. Even the breakfast offerings were different and unique! This is our 3rd visit to the One and Only, would plan to return again!!💝"
