Room very dark but clean and fresh. No staff, but helpful lady on the phone who helped us gain access to the hotel and room 30 minutes early. Slept very well, love bed and covers. Shower seemed to run out of hot water at shower time in the morning and the heating system isn't the easiest to comprehend. Hotel is in a great position to explore the wonderful city of Tours.

This was an excellent place to stay for first 3 nights in Paris. The room was as described. I had great email correspondence with the management. The hotel staff were accommodating and personable. The breakfast was delicious. It was easy to access the hotel, but you will need internet for texting and email. I would recommend this hotel. It was lovely. We walked everywhere from this location.

Beautiful Hotel in perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot more highly recommend. No reception with a check-in only on your phone and no room keys was delightful and easy. Super easy check-out too just on your phone. Beautiful little French breakfast offered and a stunning terrace with views of the city and theatre. Perfect central location with paid parking just across the street. The room was enormous, clean, and comfortable. Will absolutely be back - love this gem of a hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights. The accommodation is as described. Bed was very comfortable and pull out sofa bed was also good. Staff were amazing. We had excellent service. Text message with room code came on time as indicated in previous email from hotel. Breakfast was very good. Loved the pear juice and breads! Common room was open all day, which was nice for the mid afternoon break. The terrace is a lovely spot to read a book or start a conversation. We walked from the train station and it only took about 14 minutes. We walked everywhere. The hotel is in a good location. Would recommend if staying in Tours. If you stay you will need internet access to acquire your room code.

Good location, clean room, nice breakfast and friendly maids. Parking nightmare no code or instructions given before we got there. The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! Really helpful at 18:30 in middle of Tours!

Never given a revieybefore but this one deserves it. Maid was fantastic and the property was nice. But I had trouble getting in, two other couples did as well. No front desk. OK no problem, but your services better not leave people standing in the street. Promised to send entry codes by text an email. Never happened ever. The only way I got in was because the made let me in and gave me an actual key. Doors are all controlled by QRS code. On top of all that tried to shake me down for more money. Said Expedia didn’t pay them enough. Had to spend nearly an hour on the phone trying to resolve. Certainly wouldn’t stay there again. But the room was nice so was the bathroom and the kitchen and breakfast were were stocked and nice.

Our room was lovely. There is not much to be done about street noise but it was quite loud at times. Bring light bags. Those stairs are killer. The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the items were gone when we arrived at 930 and were not replenished. Deducting for that as we like our breakfast.

The digital check in was a problem. When you arrive at the property guests are instructed to scan a code to access a website that will send a code. I did not receive that code via text on two attempts. I called the 24 hour help desk, and no one answered the phone. I texted the chat line and got no response. This was at 1830, so it's not like I was trying to reach them at odd hours. I finally spoke to someone live and had a code emailed to me to gain access to the building. The area directly around the property has limited retail options, but a quick walk towards the old town center provides ample dining, bakery, bar options. There was a bad smell coming from the drains that required that I run the water once I returned to the room. It wasn't that big of a deal to me, but a more sensitive traveler might be concerned about it.

Pas de personnel à l'accueil mais interphone disponible à l'entrée et réponse immédiate. La gérante est là pour le très bon petit déjeuner avec du vrai pain et viennoiseries d'une vrai boulangerie. Hyper centre. Gérante très sympa et disponible. Décoration top.

La fin de l'humain !

Problème de qualité de communication et de pédagogie sur le mode d'ouverture des portes avec Qr code ou message. Nous avons eu des difficultés à entrer par la procédure uniquement informatique et les trois couples arrivés ce soir ont aussi eu des difficultés. Si vous n'avez pas un tel portable performant, si vous n'êtes plus un jeune féru des applis : évitez. Attention : pas d'ascenseur et étages très hauts. Petit déjeuner "comme à la maison" : pas de personnel du tout : ranger sa vaisselle dans le lave vaisselle...

Tarif correct mais je ne referai pas l'expérience. L'accès à l'hôtel est complètement dématérialisé (évitez si vous n'^tes pas à l'aise avec l'informatique), alors à la suite d'un beug, je n'ai pas reçu le SMS indiquant mon numéro de chambre, un petit moment de stress après une logue journée de voyage et de travail et l'assistance pas très efficace, même pas capable de me renvoyer le SMS ou un mail contenant ces informations (information donnée par téléphone puis renvoyé par numéro inconnu à la site de mon insistance.

Étonnant

Tout d’abord inquiète de devoir fournir ma carte d identité par mail à des personnes inconnues, vu les arnaques qui foisonnent sur la toile, j’ai failli tout annuler. Même si vous ne rencontrez personne pour vous accueillir, que tout est informatisé et déroutant au premier abord, l’endroit est bien situé et très confortable.

Une belle decouverte

Tourangeots voulant un moment intimiste ... et cet hôtel nous l'a offert dans un cadre élégant et raffiné. Hôtel en auto-gestion qui dénote de l'hôtellerie traditionnelle mais qui apporte une liberté comme a la maison.
